Attis Broker Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw (ul. Franciszka Klimczaka 1), is an insurance and reinsurance broker registered in the Polish National Court Register under KRS 0000154334; according to the KRS, its main activity is that of insurance agents and brokers. The company has operated since 2003 under licence no. 1215/03 issued by the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Commission, and is entered in the registers of insurance brokers (no. 00001090/U) and reinsurance brokers (no. 00000070/R). It belongs to the MJM Holdings group and in 2025 took over Polska Grupa Brokerska sp. z o.o.

The company has its roots in financial insurance, in particular insurance guarantees for contracts, and since 2009 has expanded into other risk areas. Its offer covers financial insurance (guarantees, trade credit insurance), property and liability insurance – including D&O, cyber risk, construction and erection all risks (CAR/EAR), marine and fleet insurance – as well as personal and agricultural insurance and reinsurance. It serves a portfolio of more than 400 clients from offices in Warsaw, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Gliwice and Rzeszów; the sectors it serves include energy and renewables, maritime, drilling, rail, transport and construction.

Its services include insurance audits combined with risk surveys, the design and implementation of insurance programmes, support in public tenders, training and participation in claims handling. Its quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and its information security management system to ISO/IEC 27001:2023. As an IGMNiR member, Attis Broker brings to the Chamber its competence in insurance risk management and contract guarantees for businesses.
