2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Operating the website and ensuring its security and proper functioning — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the storage of strictly necessary cookies (Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law does not require consent for them).
  • Handling enquiries sent via the contact form — taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Analytics (only if enabled) — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Currently not in use.

3. Cookies — what they are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to keep the site working, remember your language and consent preferences, and — only with your consent — for analytics. You can manage your choices at any time via the cookie settings or in your browser.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by our service providers acting on our behalf, in particular the hosting provider and the contact-form software provider, under data-processing agreements. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area; should analytics be enabled in the future, we will apply appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. Retention

Personal data from enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle the matter and afterwards for the period of limitation of potential claims. Cookies are stored for the periods indicated above; consent is remembered for up to 12 months, after which we will ask again.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
