About the company

ECO Remarketing GmbH, headquartered in Ennigerloh, Germany (Westkirchener Straße 67), buys and sells electronic waste, non-ferrous materials and refurbished IT equipment. The company is entered in the commercial register of the Münster Local Court (Amtsgericht) under HRB 19165. It has been in business since 2009 and describes itself as a certified disposal specialist for IT and telecommunications components; it works with over 1,500 business partners – from small businesses to large corporations – in more than 60 countries.

Its services cover the recycling of e-waste – IT devices such as computers, phones and printers, and components including CPUs, RAM and circuit boards – as well as non-ferrous scrap, including appliances from the security, energy and automotive industries, TVs, cameras and cables. The company also buys reusable equipment (phones, computers and other electronic devices) and batteries, including lithium-ion, sending them for recycling in line with current EU regulations. On request it organises the entire pickup and delivery logistics; on average it collects more than 4,500 t of material a month from customers’ sites. It publishes EFB and EBA certificates for 2025–2026 on its website.

Materials sent to recycling facilities and refineries make it possible to recover, among others, gold and silver from circuit boards and chips, copper from wires, CPUs and heatsinks, neodymium from magnets and hard drives, nickel from batteries, magnets and resistors, and palladium from catalytic converters and connectors. The company regards e-waste as a valuable resource and presents the responsible and sustainable reuse of scarce materials as the basis of its business. As an IGMNiR member, ECO Remarketing represents trade in electronic and non-ferrous scrap and the supply of secondary raw materials containing precious and scarce metals to recycling facilities.
